Shipping Policy
At Perfemia, we partner with trusted global carriers such as FedEx, SF Express, DHL, UPS, 4PX, and EMS, who work alongside local couriers to ensure fast and reliable delivery—direct to your doorstep. We proudly offer flat-rate worldwide shipping.
Order Processing & Payments
All orders are charged at checkout and subject to payment verification before shipping. To protect against fraud, orders with incorrect billing details or requiring additional verification may be delayed or cancelled.
We require 1–3 business days to process and fulfill most orders. During high-demand periods (e.g. holidays), processing may take up to 5 business days, especially for popular or low-stock items.

Tracking Information
All shipments include a tracking number, which you’ll receive via email once your order is handed off to our carrier’s sorting facility. Some carriers may take a few days to update tracking details.
If your tracking hasn’t updated within 5 business days after dispatch, please contact our support team.

While we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, typical transit times are as follows (excluding processing time):

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or customs fees once the shipment reaches your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and vary by country.
Perfemia has no control over these fees and cannot estimate them. If you refuse a shipment, any return fees or import costs will be deducted from your refund.
We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about potential charges.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Perfemia is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact the shipping provider to file a claim.
All damage or loss claims must be supported by the delivery confirmation and timestamp provided by the tracking link.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing an order. Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately and cannot make changes. If the order has already entered the shipping phase, we are unable to reroute or retrieve it.
