Refund policy

We want you to love your fragrance purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on used fragrances or opened items due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item or damaged product).

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used fragrances

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

  • Returns requested after 14 days from delivery

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right—either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
